Purpose of Job Calendars • Used in conjunction with attendance program (USPSCN/ATDSCN) to determine: • Contract days worked (USPSCN/JOBSCN) • Retirement service days (RETIRE) • ODJFS weeks (ODJFSRPT) • EMIS absence/attendance days • Assists in charging holidays and calamity day to appropriate USAS accounts.
What Appears On A Job Calendar? • W = Work day • H = Holiday • C = Calamity Day • M = Make-up Day • Blank = Non, work day or Unpaid holiday
