PARK MANAGEMENT The managers of the mobile home park will probably pay a visit only once in a month when the rent is due but the RV park manager will visit regularly as they have new campers every day or every few days. The managers of mobile home parks only maintain the common areas while the RV park managers will maintain the whole area. They make sure that the pad is completely ready for renting.   1

  3. MOVING OUT If you are a mobile home owner then you have to pay more than $1000-$2000 to relocate your mobile home. On the other hand, if you have RV then you can just hook up and relocate to another park in a couple of hours or so and only have to pay for the gas.   2

Some RV sites are rent out for the extended time and those sites may share many characteristics of the mobile home parks. 3

In  RV parks most of the time the utility bills are included on the basis of weekly or nightly rates.
