  4. Strategic Advantage Assessing workforce demand for a single program : Program Review Report • Select Educational Analyst module • Select Region • Create custom program profile or select programs as you go • Select Program Review • Select Education range • Run program

Strategic Advantage Program Review Report outputs: • Start/End Year Jobs: Total jobs (published or projected, depending on the year) in all the occupations currently mapped to the program • Annual Openings: Annual average of both new and replacement jobs over the timeframe. • EPW: Median hourly earnings per worker for all occupations mapped to the program. • Total/% Change: The change in total employment from the start year to the end year of the timeframe. • Change comparison: The percentage difference between jobs change for the program’s occupations and all occupations in the region.

Strategic Advantage High-Wage, High-Growth Report outputs: • Occupations Ranked by Wage and Growth: Total jobs (published or projected, depending on the year) in all the occupations currently mapped to the program • Occupations Ranked by Wage: The bubble graph and table show occupations with highest median hourly wages. • Occupations Ranked by Growth: The bar graph and table show occupations with largest projected change in total employment.
