Department Function & Staff Remit • 12/04-2WTE Lecturing staff & 2 secretaries with vacancies • Spring 05 appointed Grade 4 Trudy Clark, administrator & additional member of lecturing staff-Chris Ronayne • Administrator organises speakers and oversees inductions programme • RE-organised nomination process e.g Induction nominations taken at GGH • Met with Bank Staff to estimate projected requirement • Recruited additional secretary 0.5 09/05 Advanced practice/0.5 department • Monthly Team meetings
Benchmarking of Existing Programmes • Existing Programmes with other divisions at local & national level including SGD • Induction revamped additional sessions added, practical CPR sessions for trained/untrained
