Crowe & Associates • Free Medicare Lead Program • Program basics • Our agency provides free leads to Medicare producers for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements and Medicare Part D plans • We reimburse agents two times per month • There is no reduction of commission. All comp is full street (or GA if you are a GA) and paid direct from the carrier. • Direct pay on initial compensation and renewals

3. Crowe & Associates • Free Medicare Lead Program • Who is eligible? • Any agent is eligible if they write Medicare plans and will have us as their up-line • No reduction in compensation • No previous production requirements • Available to agents in any state

Crowe & Associates • Free Medicare Lead Program • How does it work? • Agents can purchase leads from any source they like • Purchase any type of Medicare leads (mailers, online, seminars, advertising, etc.….) • We can suggest some lead vendors if they do not know any • Buy the leads and fax or email us the receipt • We will send you a payment to reimburse 2 times per month

5. Crowe & Associates • Free Medicare Lead Program • Monthly limits • Program is limited to $500 a month reimbursement • If agent is reimbursed 3 months in a row with out submitting business, the payments will cease until business is submitted

Crowe & Associates • Free Medicare Lead Program • Requirements to participate • Crowe must be up-line on all Medicare contracts • Must write business within 3 months to continue being reimbursed • Do not need to have other lines of business with us • Program is only for Medicare leads and seminars. We do not reimburse other lines of business.
