Student Responsibilities • Make an appointment each semester with a DSP&S counselor to update your accommodations and educational plan

American Sign Language Interpreting • American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting is available for the deaf/hearing impaired • Please contact the main office for scheduling
Test Proctoring Take your tests with the Test Proctor instead of in class. Students benefit from: • Extended time • Quiet and reduced stress environment • Other services as outlined by the student accommodations form

Test Appointment Request Form • Tests are scheduled one week in advance. • Forms can be picked up at the Test Proctors in the High Tech Center or online at http://www.cuyamaca.edu/dsps/forms_policies.asp
