Building a Web Site is like Building a House • You need a plan and a GOOD planning process. • First step is to make sure you have a good design and a set of well-defined blueprints

Creating the web-dev Folder on the Desktop • Keep all of the files you are using together in one organized place! • go to C:/Desktop and create a folder • Name the new folder web-dev. • file names, you should be sure that all filenames are in lower case and contain no spaces or strange punctuation marks.
