NCOA Dragon Hill Chapter #1507 Non Commissioned Officers Association Pacific Region Large Chapter Of The Year welcomes you to The Land Of The Morning Calm NCOA Dragon Hill Chapter #1507 Non Commissioned Officers Association Pacific Region Large Chapter Of The Yearwelcomes you to The Land Of The Morning Calm NCOA's membership includes and is open to all Current, Separated, or Retired Enlisted Soldiers who have served honorably in an Active, Reserve, or National Guard capacity in the U.S. Armed Forces. Since Feb 12, 1991, the Dragon Hill Chapter serves our Military and the surrounding community by sponsoring or co-sponsoring many Service Member Recognition programs, civic organizations, school and community projects. We contribute funds and or promotional items to Unit activities, Charitable organizations, BOSS/FMWR programs, School activities, the NCOA Scholarship Fund, the NCOA Disaster Relief Fund, and other Community programs. Additionally, we have a Chapter Scholarship Program for students of the DODDS schools in Korea. We also sponsor the Several Korean Community Programs in support of the EUSA Good Neighbor Program.
