  3. Dispersed trees in pastures Live fences ..but lots of on-farm tree cover that is managed by farmers for shade, timber, fodder and other services riparian forests (8%)

  4. How important is this landscape for biodiversity conservation? ?

  5. The agricultural landscape contains considerable biodiversity… 68% 48% 68% 91% …including many forest and endemic species …but less than protected, intact forests (e.g., Santa Rosa National Park) (Harvey and Saenz, 2008)
