Hi Bill,   Things happened so fast after the team arrived, suddenly the door wasclosed and I didn't even thank you for a great job.  (Who was that maskedman, anyhow?)  Things went fantastically!  Even though the aircraft arrivedlate and almost simultaneously with the team equipment and team bus, you andyour folks sprang into action and got us out of there in about 35 minutes.      It was good to see you again.  Thank you, also, for the tour of theupcoming expansion at YHU while we waited for the late inbound flight.  Thenew facility looks like it will be fantastic and allow you to even expandupon the friendly, professional services you already provide.    Be well, and I look forward to working with you again.John EckertDelta Ops   From: Giuseppe Chiarotto [mailto:joe.chiarotto@aircanada.ca] Sent: Monday, January 22, 2007 10:36 AMTo: Pericles MenevissisCc: William SingletonSubject: St Hubert GSI  Perri Good Day,hope your taking it easy with the All Star break. Sorry to be getting back to you so late regarding the Rangers Charter outof YHU. I am in Montreal taking a Embrear course, and have been busy with thisassignment.This course will be over by mid February. Just a little update, the FBO at ST.Hubert which is run by William (Bill)Singleton is a very well run, and smooth operation. The facilities are brandnew. There will be major construction at the airport this summer, new runwaypaving, and widening by 50 ft. also a new ramp area which will allow formore parking space other the the location that we would normally park ourAir bus. A new terminal is built which might also possibly handle a US customsoffice, because of the interest of some American feeders looking to relocatefrom Dorval. We flew the Tampa Bay Lightning to YHU and back on the 25th and 26th of Sept. Bill and his son Oliver (and the rest of his team) went out of their way to accomodate us. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and all our wishes and requests were honored without question. Bonnie, our rep, was very pleased about the smoothness of the operation at YHU. Transportation to and from the hotel was flawless and on time. I personally left my captains hat in the taxi and Oliver tried for an hour in his own time to call all taxi companies in the yellow pages to retrieve my hat!! He went above and beyond.  If all groundhandling operations worked like this it would make our job as captains a lot easier.Bill and Oliver, thanks for a job well done.Sincerely, Marc Kempff.John, could you please forward this email to our groundhandling department. I thought I had already sent you the request for the Mets trip on 9/19 and 9/23, but evidently I did not.  Please find the attached charter messages for both of these operations.  As normal, we would look for the standard ground handling that yourself and your team do a terrific job of providing.  In addition to the Mets, the Braves will be arriving in YHU on 9/2, with a departure on 9/5; the Expos will arrive on 9/19; Colin should have sent you information on both of these.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks for all of your help!
