  2. LEAGUE CHOICES DELCO School League – Games at Ice Works and at the University of Delaware ~ Teams ~ • Elementary School– Grades 1-4 • Middle School B Non Check– Grades 5-7 • Middle School A Full Check– Grades 6-8

  3. LEAGUE CHOICES • Delaware Scholastic Hockey Association – Games at the Pond and at the University ~ Teams ~ Junior Varsity – Grades 8-11 (2 teams) Friends playing with Friends • League Programs provide Practices and Games throughout the Regular Season

NON LEAGUE CHOICES • Elementary, Middle School, JV and Varsity • LOCAL GAMES ONLY • Pay As You Play! - $20 per game, $10 per practice • Extra Games for Kids on Travel teams or Kids needing Extra Ice over their School Teams • BANTAMS DIVISION TRAVEL SQUAD • Special Bantams Team – Tournament Squad • Limited Travel with Full Travel Scheduling!

Snipers Education • New training manuals for Coaches at each level • Focus on player development between levels • Practices becoming progressive as kids move up the Snipers ladder • Fundamentals, Skills, and Strategies for Player Development • Snipers develop kids to play for HIGH SCHOOL, not the NHL.

  10. Snipers Bonus Opportunities • Youth Referee Development – • We encourage and support Sniper kids to become referees at the University of Delaware upon completing training provided by the Referees Association. Legal Age only (14 with working papers).

  11. Snipers Philosophy • Player Development • All players, play. Even ice throughout regular season EXCEPT for Tournament Games or Playoffs. • Fun Emphasized • We discourage discouragement and encourage encouragement.

  12. Snipers Philosophy • Keep it Cheap – Jerseys are the same, wear them until they wear out. Local travel only, no overnight stays. Ice Hockey is expensive enough as it is, we are budget conscious with Pay As You Go Programs… • Full Travel is Wasted Gas – No College Scholarships in the Area – only 1,200 Scholarships Nation-wide
