Wall to wall inventories have now been completed for most agencies Preliminary reconciliation of collected data is under way (completion scheduled for 9/30/2007) Assessment of potential issues with data and significant gaps Further reconciliation compares to existing Asset Management/Inventory System Plans call for meeting with each agency to review and agree on results In the next week will meet with selected agencies to begin review, and develop Initial findings/lessons learned for performing agency reconciliations Schedule and conduct all agency reconciliations (complete October) Billing adjustments – Effective when agency provides sign off/acceptance and information is loaded into Asset Management tool The Asset Inventory and Reconciliation Process is in the Final Stages (Agency Reviews and Reconciliations Pending)
