  2. Description of Earth • Earth is made of melted iron, solid iron, and nickel. The surface temperature is 60 degrees fahrenheit and 16 degrees celsius. The atmosphere is mostly made of nitrogen, and oxygen. Earth has one moon.

  3. Size of Earth, Distance from the Sun • The distance from the sun is 93 million miles and 150 million kilometers. Earth is the 3rd Planet from the sun. The size of Earth is 7,927 miles (12,757 kilometers).
