  4. Design Themes • Design ribbon • Themes group • Dropdown • Choose a style for your presentation • Change the color scheme if you choose

  5. Slide Layouts • Home ribbon • Slides group • Layout dropdown • Choose the type of slide; title page, title and bulleted list, etc.

Insert Images (or sounds) • Insert ribbon • Illustrations group • Picture • A picture you have on your computer • i.e. digital camera pictures, logos, etc. • Clipart • Free images (or sounds) provided by Microsoft to enhance your presentation • Photo Album • Add an entire folder of images at one time
