  2. Introduction to the BWPO Faculty Development and Wellbeing Initiatives Thank you for the great work you have done to advance Faculty Development and Wellbeing across Brigham Health! The BWPO is committed to advancing work around faculty burnout. As part of this commitment, the BWPO invested and will be investing: • $1.6M in 2018 • $3.4M in 2019 The details of how this money was spent and will be spent are in the slides that follow. Frontline Pilot Support: BWPO BWell Grants Program FY’18 • $250,000 allocated towards this effort • Applications solicited from Frontline Faculty • 11 Pilots chosen and 10 operationalized  • Brigham to Table to be scaled Brigham-Wide 2019 Faculty development and Wellbeing efforts funded by the BWPO

Frontline Pilot Support: BWPO BWell Grants Program FY’19 • The goal of this 1 year-grant program is to fund department specific initiatives aimed at reducing burnout, advancing professional fulfilment and supporting the personal wellbeing of our clinical faculty.  • Programs can be aimed at building connectedness and community, addressing operational efficiency (non Epic related), or faculty wellbeing/performance. • Approxamitely allocated towards this effort have been alocated based on faculty number • Applications will be solicited from each department: application form here Faculty development and Wellbeing efforts funded by the BWPO
