Touring • Tour potential staff member around home • Do they interact positively with resident and/or staff. • Watch body language • Appears to not want to touch residents, • When talking to a resident in a wheel chair do they bend down, squat to their level, take their hand
Questions they Ask • Do they ask questions or appear bored. • Do they compare your facility to others they have worked at? • If all went well set up next interview, explain to them how we do a peer/resident interview.
