  2. 法國酒標上的一些常用語介紹 • Appellation......Controlee：法定產區等級葡萄酒，簡稱AOC。通常在.......加入被認定為ＡＯＣ酒的地域名，例如AppellationBordeauxControlee指的就是波爾多的ＡＯＣ酒。 • Blanc：白葡萄酒。 • Chateau：城堡酒莊。 • Cave cooperative：合作酒廠。 • Cru：葡萄園　Grand Cru：最優良的特等葡萄園。Grand Cru Class意思就是〝高級品〞 • Demi sec：半干型葡萄酒，含些微糖份。 • Doux：甜葡萄酒。 • Domaine：獨立酒莊。 • Mis En Bouteille：裝瓶。以在酒莊裝酒為最佳，稱為〝酒莊原裝酒〞 • Negociant：葡萄酒仲介商。酒商會和葡萄酒栽種者簽訂合約，然後看是要原酒或是另行調配裝瓶出售。

  3. 法國酒標上的一些常用語介紹 • Proprietaire recoltant：自產葡萄、釀酒的葡萄農。 • Premier cru：次於特等葡萄園但優於一般等級的葡萄園。 • Rouge：紅葡萄酒。 • Rose：玫瑰紅酒。 • Sec：干型葡萄酒，不含糖份。 • VIN：葡萄酒。 • V.D.Q.S.：上好指定酒。 • Vin de Pays：產地酒。是僅限定葡萄產地的葡萄酒，其限定較A.O.C所規定的少，價錢也比較和理。 • Vin de Table：普通餐酒。不受規定約束的酒，任何產地的葡萄酒都可以拿來混合釀造。藉由混合釀造來降低成本是這種酒的特徵，美味與否全憑生產者的巧手，無等級之分。
