PowerMv. How to open SDF file and Process it!. Go to the site and download powermv Install. http://nisla05.niss.org/PowerMV/. Open the PowerMv. Click - new project (To store all the datas to be processed further). Input a file name. Click compound. Cick SDF. Select the sdf file.

  1. PowerMv How to open SDF file and Process it!

  2. Go to the site and download powermv Install http://nisla05.niss.org/PowerMV/

  3. Open the PowerMv

  4. Click - new project (To store all the datas to be processed further)

  5. Input a file name

  6. Click compound

  7. Cick SDF

  8. Select the sdf file

  9. Double click the compound file

  10. Click Output generated for compund file. - Contains all the chemical structures and attributes

  11. Close All the chemical descriptors are visisble` Select the Sdf file

  12. Right click & Select

  13. Select descriptors • (Read bioassay paper for details, Page 10) 2. Generate

  14. Data being processed

  15. 2. Open table data file 1. Click Table

  16. All the 179 descriptors are listed ! Test for other AID’s
