Challenges That Have Emerged • Use of generic multi-purpose staff carrying out a range of duties • Joint working with other authorities and organisations • Provision of a 24 hour enforcement service

Consultation Key Issues • Service priorities need to be aligned to stakeholder needs • Services need to become more business aware and customer focussed • City Council needs to give more leadership • General public needs to be made more aware of the services provided
