  1. Hlasela ka bolo As part of Operation Hlasela ka bolo, Members of the Executive Council were deployed to different farm communities in the province. farm communities have been marginalised for a very long time. MEC for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlements. Mr. Mosebenzi Zwane have subsequently visited Mitsi farm, Roadside farm, Tygerpoort farm , Rooikop farm, Beyersgift farm, Deemster farm, Memel, Vrede and Warden. This was to donate blanckets to elders, Bafana bafana jackets , T-shirts for youth, Tickets for matches that were playing in Bloemfontein and Vuvuzela. With MEC Zwane, it all started in Warden with the celebration of 10 days countdown were police, school kids, members of the different denominations and the community of warden at large came together to pray and celebrate South Africa 2010 ahead of kick off on the 11th June.
