  1. Manipal University Application Form – Mota Chashma Fill Manipal University Application Form Till 11 March 2018 Manipal University Application form for various courses has been started. The candidates should go through the MU OET Brochure before filling the application form. It is an online entrance exam that is scheduled to be conducted on different dates for various courses. The applicants willing to fill the application form can do so on or before 11 March 2018. To know the process of filling the form some points are given below which will help you in filling the form in a right and proper manner. IMPORTANT DETAILS: The last date to fill the form is 11 March 2018 The candidate should be ready with the scanned photograph and signature in a JPEG format before filling the application form. The candidate should take a soft copy of the filled application form for more references. The candidates can pay through debit/credit cards as well as with DD (if the candidates want to give payment through DD then they have to get it ready before filling the application form) Fee Details: Application fee for Indian Students - Rs. 600 Entrance exam fee- Rs. 1400 Application fee for International Students - Rs. 2500 MU OET Application process The guidelines to fill Manipal University Application form is described in detail here, the candidates are suggested to go through the points mentioned below. Manipal University Application Form – Mota Chashma Candidates have to fill their personal details which include – name, gender, email ID, mobile, birthdate and course details (whichever course the candidate is willing to do) like- program, stream and category. On the same, the candidates have to fill their location, their country, state, city and nationality. Candidates must provide some alternate Email Id and contact no. So that they could get all the information regarding the application form. After ensuring the details filled by them, the candidates can further move to next step. Qualification Details In this section, the candidates have to provide their Qualification details. They have to provide their School or institution name, Qualifying exam name and the name of the board or university and year of passing the exam. In the same step, Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph as well as their signature. The format of the photograph and signature should be correct. NOTE: The photograph uploaded by the candidate should be recently taken with a light background (white background). Signature must be done with blue or black pen on a plane white paper. Payment The candidates can pay via Debit/ Credit card or via Demand Draft (DD). If the candidates have made up their mind to make the payment through Demand Draft then they must get DD ready before they start filling up the application form. After making the payment, the candidates should take a screenshot of the confirmation of the payment. Application Submission & Confirmation Mail After completing the final payment section carefully, the candidates will receive a confirmation mail to their email id which was provided at the time of filling up application form. The mail will contain the application no., username and password through which the applicant can login and view their form.
