  2. MARKET • Largest market in the Southern Hemisphere • Approx. 2,800 crates or 50 tones of seafood auctioned daily.

  5. WHERE & WHEN? • Tour begins at 6:55am and ends around 8:30am. • The Auction it self starts at 5:30am and continues until all products are sold. • Meet outside of Doyloes Seafood Café • Cost- $20 for Adults(have exact change) • Map Sydney Fish Market

  6. Seafood School • Opened in 1989 • Played important role in persuading Sydney resident to eat more fish.
