Leave Policy Keeping in mind the value of work-life balance and provide employees with uninterrupted personal time with their family and kin, ITL entitles its employees to specify number of privileged leaves along with weekly offs and holidays(11).
Other Benefits • Holiday Working Policy • All employees in Band C and below (except A1) who may have to work on weekends or other paid holidays due to business requirements. Employees should have worked for a continuous 7 hours duration per day to be eligible for compensatory off. • Car Hire Policy • The policy is applicable to Band ‘C3’ and above employees of ITL • Marriage Gift • Employees of IL&FS Technologies who get married would be eligible for a Gift Voucher of Rs.4,500/-at the time of their marriage on submission of their wedding invitation card. • Medical Benefits • All employees and their dependents, subject to a maximum size of four persons will be covered under this policy with effect from the date of the employee’s joining. Definition of Dependent: Spouse and 2 dependent children. • Certification Reimbursement • To encourage employees to obtain professional certification in identified areas, as decided by the Company, by extending financial assistance. ITL will look to reimburse Certification Test Fee of courses undertaken by its employees
Points to Remember Referrals will be considered only for full time positions. Referrals received from HR will not be considered for referral bonus. Referrals received from Managers of the open position will not be considered for referral bonus. Referral bonus will be given, once the referred candidate completes 6 months in the organization.
