    2. Philosophy and Definition of Career and Technology Education Somewhere toward the end of the course, as a class, we will attempt to reach some consensus about both issues. Both are illusive and ever changing.

    3. Two things that \I have found to be true… A hard and fast stated philosophy always has glaring gaps. Definition is dependent on personal and position perception.
