INTRODUCTION • Manali is basically a very small town with a population of around 30,000. • Manali is often known as “Saptarishi” or “Seven Sages”. • Manali is a place of Indian culture and heritage values. • Manali is part of the kullu district. • Manali is the best tourist destination in Himachal Pradesh, also known by the name “Dev Bhoomi” where one can enjoy the magnificent view of the snow covered Himalayas, high altitude green meadows, enchanting natural beauty and exciting sightseeing spots

CLIMATES OF MANALI • It is among of the best tourist spot where the inflow of tourists can be seen all round the year. • The average temperature during summer is between 14 °C and 20 °C, and between−7 °C and 10 °C in the winter. • Because of its geographical position the climate in Manali rests extremely cold during winter, and is moderately cool during the summer
