CENSUS ORGANIZATION OF DIFFICULT-TO-MEASURE POPULATION GROUPS

This initiative aims to identify and enumerate challenging population groups, such as rich families in guarded houses, immigrant populations without official registration, and students renting dwellings at educational establishments. The census will ensure personnel safety, coordinate with relevant authorities, and organize enumeration units in difficult-to-access regions.
