  5. 2007 to 2008 – The train leaves the station • April 1, 2007 – Report 2010 Census subjects to Congress • April 1, 2008 – Report 2010 Census Questions to Congress • Dress Rehearsal • LUCA • Start developing advertising campaign

  6. 2009 – Picking up speed • Open Early Local Census Offices • Address Canvassing • Start partnership programs • Print questionnaires • Open Local Census Offices (LCOs) • Verify Group Quarters • Identify “homeless” locations • LUCA feedback & appeals
