Procedure, frequency & RAK • Award Thresholds- • Every beginning of half term = award house assembly (based on the new threshold criteria) • House team will run reports to identify the students which meet the thresholds every half term • Certificates/postcards/badges = not handed out in assembly but via tutor time (house centre to have the resources) • Names on a PowerPoint in the assembly regarding awards • Letters sent home to parents regarding awards (signed by different staff members depending on award). These will be template letters. • Every half term parent bulletin lists students getting awards following the house award assemblies • Lists on house centre noticeboards (along with things like student leadership) • Names shared with KBL for reception TV PowerPoint • RAK • Need to re-launch to all staff, students and parents. • Students to think happening all the time, where as actually staff will be informed of the 2 week period of focus each half term – these will change. • Awards given out in the award house assembly every half term
