PRICE OF THE TRIP INCLUDES: • Roundtrip airfare from Detroit (DTW) to Madrid (MAD) and from Paris (CDG) to Detroit (DTW) • Transportation costs while in Europe - Public transportation in Madrid and Paris - Charter bus to Toledo and San Lorenzo de El Escorial - Overnight train to Paris - Charter bus to Versailles - Transfers to and from the airport

  17. Prometour Basic Group Insurance Program covering the group dates of travel • Participants may upgrade to Individual Deluxe for $50 extra or Individual Ultimate Upgrade for $150 extra

  18. ADDITIONAL COSTS • Applicable airline baggage charges • Lunches • Recommended tips for Prometour Tour Director (3 Euros per day, per person) • Recommended tips for Bus Driver(s) (1 Euro per day, per person) • Personal spending money

  19. PAYMENT OPTIONS • $500 initial deposit is due October 29, 2010 - Refundable through November 15, 2010 - Make deposit payable to Algonac High School • $1000 due February 2011 - Make check payable to Prométour • Balance due April 15, 2011 - Make check payable to Prométour

  20. PASSPORTS • You will need a valid passport to travel to Spain and France. • You must have your passport by March 2011 as your passport number is needed to purchase the airline ticket. • Students under 16 must be accompanied by both parents in order to apply for a passport.

  21. For more information about applying for passports go to: • http://www.us-passport-service-guide.com/index.html • You will need to provide an original birth certificate or other proof of citizenship. • Minors’ parents must also provide a proof of relationship.
