Superintendents Symposium • Widener University is very active in our community and we pride ourselves on being good community members. To that end, one of the many services we provide is a fee-based ISP and managed network services to several of the local school districts (WINS), and we have been doing that since 2000. Coming out of that relationship we held a symposium for Delaware County school district superintendents in the Fall of 2007. • We are now in the planning process toward holding a more expanded second edition on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 on our Chester, PA campus. We plan to extend invitations to all school districts in a 50 mile radius of Widener, including their superintendents, administrators, and curriculum and technology coordinators.
