  6. Licensing Renewal Update • Renewal Materials: • Per OAR 411-085-0010 https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/viewSearchRule.action must be submitted 45 days prior to license expiration date. • License Maintains letter only upon request. Materials and fee must be received.
