9. 07 *Services LIFTING GEAR INSPECTION LOAD TESTING NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING NDT is the process of evaluating materials, components or assemblies for any discontinuities, or defects without destroying the serviceability of the part or system. Lifting Gear Inspection is a systematic and detailed examination of the equipment and safety-critical parts conducted by our competent Inspectors. Load testing helps to identify the maximum operating capacity of an application/device/equipment MANPOWER TRAINING AND CERTICATION DROPPED OBJECTS SURVEY To provide adequate knowledge and necessary skills in theory and practice on Heavy Equipment, Crane Operator, Rigger, Scaffolding and Industrial Safety Training and development Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme or DROPS is the industry-wide initiative focused on preventing dropped objects. CRANE INSPECTION We able to provide yearly and five yearly crane inspection in accordance with API RP 2D/2C specifications.

11. 09 *Engineering Corner For Inspection To provide adequate technical assistance on various industrial and commercial crane and lifting and heavy equipment Lifting Gear Inspection Lifting Gear Inspection is a systematic and detailed examination of the equipment and safety-critical parts conducted by our competent Inspectors at regular intervals. As a full audited member of Lifting Equipment Engineers Association and in accordance with LEEA best practice & LOLER requirement, ECI can inspect and certify various lifting appliances such as pad eyes, runway beams, etc & and various lifting accessories such as wire slings and shackles, etc. After the inspection, our clients are able to access the full written reports using our online tracking system after the completion of the inspection

13. 11 *Engineering Corner For Inspection Load Testing Load testing helps to identify the maximum operating capacity of an application/device/equipment. ECI is capable to conduct load test on Lifting Equipment & Appliance, BOP Hoist, Offshore Crane and BOP Lifting Frame, etc, in compliance with ASME, LEEA requirements and relative international standards.

15. 12 *Engineering Corner For Inspection Drops Survey Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme or DROPS is the industry-wide initiative focused on preventing dropped objects, with the ultimate goal of delivering a second nature dropped objects prevention strategy across the industry. As member of this global work group, ECI is able to prevent potential dropped object by conducting regular surveys and rectification works in accordance with the DROPS  best practices. This in turn reduces costs for our clients in comparison to the implications when someone is injured or when properties are damaged by falling objects. Below are the areas where the DROPS survey is usually conducted on a rig.

16. 13 *Engineering Corner For Inspection Manpower Training and Certification To provide adequate knowledge and necessary skills in theory and practice on Heavy Equipment, Crane Operator, Rigger, Scaffolding and Industrial Safety Training and development in order to develop and inculcate a strong confidence among the trainee both the classroom theory background and practical or actual “hands-on” training with more emphasis on the safe, reliable and accurate in the performance of their work before they can be classified as certified inspectors or operators for the chosen fields of specialization for every specific equipment to inspect or operate from among the various heavy, lifting and associated equipment inclusive of manpower supply that may deemed required or in-demand by a highly and advance industrialized and hydrocarbon projects.
