  1. Things you should do before your guests arrive  The hotel management industry by well-known is a 24/7 operating sector.  There are certain important aspects to be considered, to sustain service  reputation and it’s mostly of pre preparation activities with planned and  orientated service to guests.  With the rise of social and digital media services, almost all Industries are  in the race to provide the best of services to their clients. ​Hotel and resort  management​ is no exception to it, but to deliver more of hospitality and  satisfaction to their guest.   The first aspect is to see that, what’s promised to be delivered to guests as  per their wish and selection is made ready from display to facility to  Inventory: as it leverages the trust and transparency of the hotel  management in being prepared. Cleanliness, well trained staffs and  organized work culture is a must adopt to serve guests in a class way.  Room service and culinary services should be on toes before every guest  arrives.  It is the responsibility of the hotel management to perceive guest  bookings in different angles and prepare accordingly to the kind of their  bookings. Guest varies from Couples, family, friends, office staffs  gathering, corporate / company events and institutional events.
