2015 – 16 Strategy & Plans

This strategy aims to develop and integrate new primary and secondary healthcare services to improve mental health and wellbeing. Key initiatives include coaching clinical systems, introducing care plan management systems, and transforming outpatient services. The strategy also focuses on improving crisis care, increasing support for dementia sufferers, and developing services for children and young people. Integration with local authorities is prioritized through joint commissioning arrangements and a total place approach to commissioning.
