  1. Journal: Hero In a half page journal entry, please address the following questions: • What is a hero? Please give your own personal definition of what this is. • What characteristics should a hero possess? Please give me at least 5 characteristics. • Who are your heroes? Please explain why these people are your heroes.

  2. Journal: Teacher Appreciation Week Today is the end of Teacher Appreciation Week. I would like for you to write a note to one of your seven teachers that you currently have and express your appreciation for what they do for you. I will put these in your teacher’s box. Be sincere!!!
