  1. How To Recover Your TurboTax Account?

Method 1: Submit TurboTax Account Recovery Request • Firstly, visit the official site and click on the TurboTax Support option. • Click on the Search icon and search for Account Recovery Request TurboTax. • Go to the Account Recovery Page. • Then, tap on the Search Results and scroll down. • Select your ID Type and Reason For the Request. • After that, enter your Personal Info like name, address, city, and state. • Tick the Checkbox and tap Continue. • Then, enter your Sign-In Information and click on the Captcha. • Hit Continue and review your entered information. • After that, hit Continue to proceed further. • Finalize the process by tapping Continue.

Method 2: Reset Your TurboTax Account • Enter your email address and click Forgot Password. • A message on your screen will prompt you to enter your phone number or email address. • Enter your phone number or email and press the Next button. • After entering your information, you will receive a text message on your mobile device. • Confirm your identity and wait for the verification code to arrive. • Once it arrives, enter your confirmation code and hit Submit. • You will now be redirected to the home page. • Finally, log in to your TurboTax account.
