  2. Serophene • 發現於1961年,之後廣泛應用於臨床上. • 為非類固醇類的藥物,triphenylcholoro-ethylene類的衍生物. • 為誘發排卵的第一線用藥. • 結構與動情激素( estrogen )類似. • 有動情激素與抗動情激素的作用.

  3. Serophene 性質: • Clomiphene Citrate為口服非類固醇藥物,對特定的不排卵婦女,本藥可促進排卵,其作用之方式為增進腦下垂體性腺刺激素( 包括FSH及LH )的分泌以促進排卵.若尿中的性腺刺激素及動情激素( estrogens )的量增加則表示腦下垂體已對此藥有反應.

  4. Serophene 適應症: 不排卵婦女之不孕症。

  5. Serophene 用法用量: • 第一個療程：一天50 mg ( 1顆 ), 持續給予五天. • 大約於月經週期第五天開始治療. • 若在此劑量已能促進排卵,則在隨後的治療週期中不須提高劑量. • 第二個療程：一天100 mg ( 2顆 ), 持續給予五天. • 此治療週期是在第一個療程後30天開始. • 一般劑量最好不要大於150mg, 此療程不超過3次.
