  2. Add User to my account • Login • Select Manage Accounts and Users • Select Add User • Enter the CCO UserID and Email Address • Select User Options • Confirm User Options

  3. Add User to my account - 1 • Log into the application • https://edelivery.cisco.com/esd/

  6. Add User to my account - 4 • Enter CCO User ID and Email and click search • The applications validates the user exists in Cisco database

  7. Add User to my account - 5 • Enter User Information and Options Admin or User?

  8. Add User to my account - 6 • Verify User information and click confim

  9. Add User to my account - 7 Postscript • User will be added to the list of authorized users • User will receive an email notifying them they have been added ot the account • The email will contain a link to the application

  10. Add User to client account ** note: You add only 1 user to a client account. The intent is to have your client manage their own account users ** note 2: The Add User process and screens are the same – except the Account you are adding the user to is displayed on the left menu under Manage Accounts • Login • Select Manage Accounts and Users • Double click on the account you plan to add the user to • Select Add User - Follow same steps as Add User

  13. Add User to client account – 2a • Notice Compay A is my company and is displayed in the two locations • Double click on the account (1Company) you plan to add the user to

  14. Add User to client account - 3 • Select Add User • Notice that the account you are adding the user to is visible in two locations

Add User to client account - 4 • Enter CCO User ID and Email and click search • The applications validates the user exists in Cisco database • Notice the account (1Company) you are adding user to is shown on • From this point forward all steps are same as adding user to your account • Except the account name you adding the user to is shown on the left • Go to Add User Step 5
