PROVINCIAL MINISTER duties: • fraternal relations • formation of the friars • provide means for Assistants • monitor assistance

CONFERENCES • International (General) Ministers General delegate General Assistants (4 in Rome) • National Ministers Provincial delegate Provincial Assistants (3 in Oceania)
CONFERENCES • Regional Ministers Provincial delegate Regional Assistants (1 in Singapore-Sabah) (No Conference)
MEETINGS • General Assistants: once a month • National Assistants: every second month • Regional Assistants: haven’t formed Conferences Keep in contact, act collegially
