Foundation of the Company • The Company has been initiated by Ms.GurpreetKaur along with her dynamic and visionary team in 2008 . • She is a Professional Soft Skills Trainer and a Behavioral Counselor. • She is a Master Trainer with C.B.S.E. • The Team “R Trainers & Motivators” has been involved in the area of Management & Behavioral Training -Consultancy for the last five years and altogether it has experience of 15 years in the fields of Training ,Behavioral Modification, Counseling and HRD activities. • The team has been involved in the development of Capacity Building Areas in CBSE Schools since last two years.
