Children could be picky, terribly picky, in what they eat. I've created this pie especially so that each and every member of my family could find the ingredient he or she loves, and separate it COMPLETELY from that which he or she hates. Man, picky children could be hard!!!
Angels or devils, They have to be sufficiently Nurished
So I had to create a dish In which everybody could find At least one ingredient They like
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie Ingredients 1-2 sweet potato 1-2 Potatoes 1 egg 1/4 tsp. brown sugar salt garlic powder dry parsley olive oil
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Preheat the oven to 180-200°C
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Peel the sweet potatoes.
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Cut them in big chunks
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Cook in plain water for about half an hour. • Drain the water out.
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Add brown sugar
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Add Salt
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Mash together with a spoon
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Then Break the egg and mix it in
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Mash together with a spoon • Again
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Put a sheet of parchment paper into a baking dish • pour in the sweet potato puree
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Peel one or two potatoes. • Slice them into circles, about 50 mm thick
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Place them one next to the other on the sweet potato puree

Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Sprinkle with salt • garlic powder • dry parsley
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • And then thoroughly with olive oil
Multi-purposed Sweet-Potato Pie • Bake for about one hour • Until the potatoes look ready: Golden Brown
