How to connectthe NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender If you have a NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender with an Ethernet port: • Use a device to attach to NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender via Ethernet cable. • Login to the web user interface of your NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender at our official website www.mywifiext-helpnumber.com • You will be encouraged to enter a username and password. • Default login credentials are: Username:admin | Password:password. • Once you have successfully logged in, Open the Setup and then Wireless Settings. • Check the value in the Network keyfield under Security Options. • Click on Apply. • Reconnect your Wi-Fi devices to the NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender

If you have a NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender without an Ethernet port • Reset your NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender back to factory default settings. • Press and Hold the Factory Settings button on the panel. • Attach via Wi-Fi to your NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender. • Login to the web user interface of your NETGEAR Wi-Fi Extender using www.mywifiext-helpnumber.com. • You will be encouraged to enter a username and password.Default login credentials are: Username: admin | Password: password. • Follow the steps to set up your connection. • Reconnect your Wi-Fi devices to your NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender.

Netgear Extender troubleshoots that appears after installation • Execute a network power cycle by rebooting your extender and the router. • Reconnect to the default Wi-Fi network of your NETGEAR extender. • Launch the web browser and re-run the NETGEAR extender setup wizard. • If the issue still persists, reset the extender back to the default factory settings.  • Connect your device to the default Wi-Fi network of your NETGEAR extender. • Open the web browser and configure the extender. • Once the NETGEAR extender is successfully installed and configured, close it and then try to browse.
