Although if you do go over…counteract it with extra activity. • Track you expenditure and intake for three days. • To track intake keep a log of what you eat and total the calories using a “free online calorie calculator” http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_food.php • To track your expenditure record you calories used from your actigraph.
