2. The DPA will receive an email from Pele-Marine regarding the deficiencies that found the inspector. Like the image of the left. • Link details: • See Deficiencies: function to see the list of the deficiencies and module to upload the proof of the correction. • See Letter: letter that PMA send to all the DPA. • See Document: regulation about MMC 201

3. If you press See Deficiencies, a web page will open like this one. You will see information about the vessel and all the deficiencies the inspector select during the inspection. To add the proof of correction just press Add Response.

4. This screen will pop up, you will fill all the fields, you have to scroll down and fill all of them if apply. • Deficiency #: select the deficiency that you provide the proof of the correction. • Correction of Deficiencies. • Source of the deficiencies. • Corrective actions taken to prevent recurrence. • Comments: Optional • Images/Files: if you will upload a file, like pdf or excel or word use the option of files, if is a picture use the image option. • At the end press SAVE. • Do these steps deficiency by deficiency.

5. MarSegur will receive all the responds and will verify and take action from that point. When MarSegur close the case, the DPA will receive the close letter.

6. The DPA will receive an email after MARSEGUR close the case. By pressing See Letter the DPA can print it or save in pdf to have the proof that the deficiency were solved and approved by Marsegur.

7. Close case letter.

8. Recommendations: • Make sure the inspector write the DPA Email address correctly. Most of the times if the DPA didn’t receive the email its because the email address was wrong or incorrect. • If you present some issue with the webpage after you press See Deficiencies or any other link, please contact support@pelemarine.com and forward us the email you received.
