  4. Iron Palm • Develop the palm of the hand for striking. • Striking drills develop the palm. • Conditioning takes three years regularly and conscientiously.

  5. Iron Fist • The fist is a basic striking weapon • Hitting without damaging the hands • Strike with substantially more force • One year program • Formidable weapons

  6. Iron Fingers • Fingers and grip conditioning program • Toughen and strengthen the fingers • No disfiguring and lost of flexibility • Fingers transform: • Strong gripping • Ripping • Striking weapons. • Three year conditioning program

  7. Iron Arm • Turn your forearms into weapons • Crush and damage an opponent: • Strike • Block • One year conditioning program

  8. Iron Leg Condition your legs for one year they will become weapons: • Sweeping • Blocking • Kicking weapon

  9. Iron vest • Toughen and strengthen the torso • Withstand substantial impact force • Backup protection if an opponent's strike get past your hands
