Turnover Comments & Recommendations • Comments: • Stability in managerial positions. • High turnover in staff hired between 3 months and 1 year. • High turnover in rank and file. • Recommendations: • Careful selection & increasing job awareness before hiring. • Train supervisors and mid-management on Leadership Skills. • Regional vacant position and transfer list system. • Leavers will not be hired before 6 months and in case of re-hiring within one year, they must be hired with the same previous conditions. • Adjust the starting salaries of a few positions.
