If you are absent (which should only happen if you are sick or it is absolutely necessary) YOU are responsible for what you missed. Step 1: Look on the calendar on the board. Step 2: Ask a neighbor to see their warm up paper, and copy it. Step 3: Get missing handouts/notes Step 4: Talk to teacher if you missed test or quiz. (you have 1 week to make it up)

The Powder Keg Explodes • On June 28,1914 Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie were assassinated. • On July 23, 1914 Austria-Hungary gave Serbia an ultimatum to end all anti-Austrian agitation and to punish all involved in the murder. • On July 28, 1914 Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia.
