  3. Last report • To fixed PA-jigs & XYZθ-stage-jig. ↑They need some modification. ※problemsは各スライドで説明してみました • To assemble & check Assembly-bench. ↑Assembly-bench was not delivered, so we didn’t .

  4. PA-jigs Because of pins of PA-jigs ware too long , they couldn’t be set in Alignment-jig. We shortened pins and could set them. PA-Jigs on the alignment-jig ↓

  5. XYZθ-stage-jig We had modified for the XYθ-stage-jig. The hole positions for screws ware lowered. All the parts could be installed into XYZθ-stage-jig. Lowered holes

  6. Summary • We had finished to assemble PA-jigs & XYZθ-stage-jig.

  7. Plan • We are waiting for delivering Assembly-bench. • To assemble & check Assembly-bench , Microscope-jig. • To output pictures to PC which we take by a camera for microscope. • To prepare for dummy components (dummy DSSD, dummy PAs, etc.)
