Non-Competing Continuation Progress Report • Available in EHB: May 4, 2013 • Due to HRSA: June 3, 2013
Reporting Requirements Prior Approval required: (submitted through EHB) • Change in Budget • Change in Scope • Project Director Change Please note: that the approval process goes through several divisions and offices therefore takes sometime before approved!
Reporting Requirements • Federal Financial Report (FFR) SF-425 • Payment Management System (PMS) Quarterly FFR • Submit in EHB • 01/30/2014 • Carryover Request (As Needed) • Any unobligated balance • 30 days after submitting FFR
PMS Quarterly Financial Report • This report is submitted quarterly to the Division of Payment Management, Program Support Center and indicates the status of cash drawn from the Payment Management System (PMS) • For general information on PMS, (training, staff , submission process and next SF-425 deadlines) please visit: http://www.dpm.psc.gov
HRSA Yearly Financial Report • DueOnce-A-Yearby January 30th after the end of each budget period • Document funds spent over the past year and show funds that need to be carried over to the next budget period • Report accessed through EHB • For questions on how to fill out the FFR, please contact your GMS • For EHB technical assistance, please call the HRSA Call Center at 1-877-464-4772
Carryover Request • Due by January 30thafter the end of each budget period* • Requests to carry over unobligated funds awarded in a previous budget period to spend and/or obligate in the current budget period must be submitted via the EHB using the Prior Approval Request submission process • The request must include a budget based on the amount of the unobligated funds and submitted on the the same date as the FFR or after the FFR (within 30 days) NOTE:Carryovers may not be requested during the last grant project period. Grantees may request a no-cost extension to use unobligated funds.

REMINDER: Grants Salary Rate Limitation! • Effective December, 2011 • NO Individual Salary in excess of $179,00 (the Executive Level salary of the Federal Executive Pay Scale)
