Ourgoal400 thousandbabies, children and youngpeople • The WHO/OMS statistics, indicatethattheworldwideaveragedisabilityincidenceis10%. • TheLatinamericanpopulationisclosedto 400 millionpeople, ifwefocus in theinfant and youngpeoplephisicaldisability, we´llfindthehardrealityof 400 thousandbabies, children and youngpeoplewithdifferentcapacities. • ORITEL, in our13 countries/Teletones and over 82 rehabilitation centers, bringseveryyear, medicalassistance, love and hope up to 75.000 babies, children and youngpeople.

Objectives 2009 -2010 INSTITUTIONAL • Todevelopanorganizationalstrentheningprogram, throughthetechnical and financialsupport of IDB. • To revive countriesthathadbeen in recess and toexpandthe Teleton programtothosecountrieswhereitdoesn´texist. • To position ORITEL in thehealth International organizationframework. • TostablishanInternalCommunicationsprogram in ordertocreate fluid and participativechannels.

Objectives 2009 -2010 MEDICAL • Toactivatethemedicalexchangeprogram, whichwillallowustoexpand new techniques and knowledgetoevery country. • Todevelopaneducationalprogram, startingwiththeOrthesis & Prosthesisschool. • ToStartthe “ITELO OnWheelsProgram”, assisting teleton countriesbyprovidingwheelchairstoallpatientsthatrequireit.

  9. Objectives 2009 -2010 • ADMINISTRATION • ToSystematizethestatisticinformationmodel. (medical, fundraising, welfare, etc.) • Toimplementthe WEE FIM benchmark ratio, in ordertomeasurethefunctionalimprovement of ourpatients. • Togenerateallianceswithoursupplierstoachieveeconomy of scale.

Objectives 2009 -2010 MARKETING • Toexhibit a regional campaign of “ Prevention “. • Toassistallthe teletoncountries in thecreation, development and production of their Teleton campaigns. • Togenerate a WEB digital marketing archive proyect. • Todevelop a fundraisingprogram in ordertofinancealltheinstitutional, medical, administrative and marketing initiatives.
